I purchased a Groupon and made an appointment. I made the young lady aware of the Groupon and she said there was no issue. I received a call a few days later trying to up charge me. I was told I couldn’t use my Groupon and had to pay over the phone for my appointment immediately or it would be canceled. I repeatedly asked for a manager because the website does not state any black out dates. I was then sent a screenshot of a bogus website in another language that did not display the business name. I even said o did r want the extra amenities they were offering for Valentine’s Day and all I was told is no with no explanation. Poor customer service and shady business dealings. They are not a legitimate business so I couldn’t even file a complaint with the BBB.
